At Kidzee Rayee School, we believe that young children thrive in an environment of friendship, trust, and support. To encourage these values, we have introduced the Buddy System, where children are paired together to form positive, caring relationships that make their learning experience even more joyful. Through the Buddy System, an older or more experienced child is paired with a younger or newer child to offer guidance, companionship, and encouragement. Buddies learn to look out for each other, help each other during activities, and share responsibilities during class routines or special events. This system builds a sense of belonging, enhances social skills, and nurtures leadership and empathy from an early age. It also helps new students settle quickly into the school environment by providing them with a friendly face and constant support. At Kidzee Rayee, the Buddy System forms a beautiful part of our culture, teaching children important values like kindness, cooperation, respect, and responsibility in the most natural and joyful way.
